SMARTBRIEF

Provided marketing and project management support in the design and production of promotional materials and system tutorial documents. Assisted in storyboarding, planning and site logistics during video shoots to create content for the new SMARTinduction module, launched January 2025. The project has since been shortlisted for South Western Railway’s Internal Excellence Awards. I then edited 10, 20 minute, video site inductions in Final Cut Pro, integrating motion graphics, drone footage and voiceovers. Additionally, I assisted in launching new content on the SMARTbrief system and the management of regular app alerts to client user groups.
